Another great project by Labh Group. Very well spacious, 4-storied complex equipped with elevator. The ground floor and 1st floor are for shops and the rest are for offices. PS: Complex is still under construction but bookings are open. Booking office is on ground floor itself.

Very good construction quality by the builder. Flats seem to be fairly large size. The best amenity provided is 2 car ALLOTED parking. In coming days, families of such premium living will surely have 2 cars and provision of alloted parking will become necessary. Also provision of Electric Car Charging in parking area is also provided. This is also a good future oriented step. However the speed of work seems slow, I hope the project gets completed on time!
